Gül Baba's turbe The turbe (tomb) is situated in Budapesten, not far from the Buda side of Margit bridge. The building itself is in the middle of a well-trimmed garden, the roses and other flowers are really beautiful in summer and spring. The turbe is open for visitors every day from 10 AM till sunset (there is no lighting inside the building). most often you will find the garden gate closed (unless there are visitors inside), but if you ring the doorbell at the cafe right next to the turbe someone will come and let you in insallah. admission is HUF 400 for adults.

The rose garden of the building is most impressive in summer and spring, but the evergreens offer a nice view even in winter - especially when snowy. |
